l Carrot 1 diced
l French Beans 50gms chopped
l Cauliflower 100gms cut into florets
l Potato 1 cubed
l Peas 100gms
l Paneer 100gms cubes
l Canned cherries 10
l Canned Pineapple pieces 10
For Masala:
l Large Onion 1 boiled
l Green chilli 1-2
l Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
l Cashewnut paste 2tbsp
l Almond paste 1tbsp
l Thik curd ¼ cup
l Cream 2tbsp
l Saunf-coriander powder 1tsp
l Garam masala 2tsp
l Sugar 1tsp
l Cardamom and cinnamon a little for
tempering
l Salt to taste
l Oil for cooking
Method:
Boil the vegetables till they are tender. Grind boiled onion and chilli in a mixer. Heat oil in a pan and temper with cinnamon and cardamom. Now add onion paste and when it turns light brown add ginger-garlic paste. When it turns a shade darker, add saunf-coriander powder and mix in the vegetables. Now add cashew and almond pastes, garam masala, sugar and salt. Let it simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add cherries and pineapple pieces. Remove from heat and swirl cream over the dish.
