For many of us who like to eat, it becomes a task to take care of our diet. An Instagram user had an interesting question to ask chef Ranveer Brar. The user asked if momos are healthy to eat. Brar gave a reply in a way that made netizens agree with him. Netizens found Brar's response funny.

Brar said that not just momos but every food item is healthy in itself. He also added that food should be eaten in moderation and anything beyond moderation is unhealthy, despite the food being healthy.

He also told his fans to not add things like chilli oil to the momos, if they want to keep it healthy. He also said that it is not healthy for people to eat a huge quantity of food when they take part in food competitions.
