It would be a real shame if PM Modi actually left Twitter and other social media accounts. because as one of his critics – Kunal Kamra often points out, where else will you find content like this? This was typified by a Pakistani ‘journalist’ Islamuddin Sajid who claimed that PM Modi left Twitter because he was unable to bear – wait for it – Imran Khan’s criticism.

His handle claims: “Journalist /Covering Pakistan’s news for an int, media outlet. Former Dy News Editor TRT World #Istanbul. X Sr, Producer #ExpressNews, views here are my own.”

He wrote: "Why PM Modi has taken this decision, due to Pakistani PM @ImranKhanPTI, who always came to Twitter and criticize him or he couldn't bear the criticism of SM users over his decision in Kashmir, human rights violations and anti-Muslims riots in India? His statement led to much mirth on social media, with users asking him to stop doing drugs.
