There will be no water supply in a few CIDCO administered areas for a day next week due to some important repairs work to be carried out by Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran (MJP). The water supply will resume after 9 am on June 22.

According to CIDCO officials, the MJP will carry out important repair works in the water pipeline on Monday, June 21. “The water supply will be stopped to facilitate the repair works of the pipeline,” said a senior CIDCO official.

The major impact of water supply will be seen in Kalamboli, New Panvel (E) and New Panvel (W), Karanjade and Kalundre. “The water supply will be stopped at 9 am on June 21 and the work will be completed before 9 am on June 22,” said the official. He added that the water supply will be resumed with low pressure.

CIDCO has appealed to residents of the aforementioned nodes to take note of the same and to store and use water judiciously.
