Topics like ISIS, note ban discussed

Day 2 of IIMUN

Indore : Discussing international and national issues, student shared their opinion on various topics ranging from ISIS to the very recent demonetisation issue on the second day of Indian International Model United Nations (IIMUN) at New Digamber Public School on Saturday.

Following the opening ceremony, students gave various performances showcasing their talent.

Founder of IIMUN Rishabh Shah shared his life experiences. “For making a mark in the world, you must contribute to society and develop your strengths,” Shah said.

Giving tips about how students can make a mark for India on the global scale, Shah enumerated the importance of philanthropy and teamwork. Encouraging students to widen their prospective, he said, “You will be discussing issues of national and international importance, so you must be ready to think beyond your house, family and country.”

While some students felt that demonetisation is an impressive action, which will help combat black money, others felt that demonetisation has been unsystematic and problematic for general people.
