Whta: Known for its complex yet bold flavours, Malabari cuisine is rich and heavy on the use of curries, spices, tamarind and coconut milk. Prepared by Executive chef Sudhir Pai, the menu features a wide array of authentic delicacies. Enjoy specialties like aattin thala soup, thalassery kozhi masala, kozhikodan mutton khorma, kasarkodan erachi sukka, koyilandi chemmeen masala and malabari kozhi biryani. Lunch buffet: Rs 589.
