It’s time for Throwback Thursday. And today we will make you recollect the time when Ranbir Kapoor got carried away while shooting an intimate scene with Evelyn Sharma for the film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.
It so happened that the scene needed Ranbir to flirt with Evelyn who gets injured in the knee. While filming the scene Ranbir was just supposed to touch her knee and leg softly but the whole cast and crew were left surprised when even after Ayan calling it cut, the Kapoor lad continued touching Evelyn’s legs.
Ayan then shouted ‘cut’ loudly for the third time and that’s when Ranbir regained his senses. While some blame that Ranbir was just living up to his Casanova image while flirting with Evelyn, it was also stated that he did the above thing intentionally to make ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone jealous who was the female protagonist of the film.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was is a romantic drama which was released in 2012. Apart from Ranbir and Deepika, the film also starred Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapur. The movie was the most awaited one as it was the first film where Ranbir and Deepika worked together, post their break-up.
