Following the footsteps of younger brother Tusshar, Ekta Kapoor has opted for surrogacy and become a mother to a baby boy. Ekta’s baby Ravie, was born on January 27 and is perfectly healthy. That being said, Ekta is not the only one who has overcome the hurdle of parenthood. Other Bollywood celebs too have used the option in the past.

Sunny Leone took everyone by surprise when she announced that she and her husband Daniel Weber had adopted girl child Nisha in 2017. Another surprise unfolded in March 2018, when she shared that they had extended their family by including two more children — sons Noah and Asher — via surrogacy.

Earlier, there was rumour doing rounds in the B-town that the couple would get a divorce due to some differences, but they rubbished all the rumours and are happily living together since 19 years.
Farah Khan
Bollywood’s choreographer and director Farah Khan got married to editor and director Shirish Kunder in her 40s. The couple tried for two years for a baby but failed to conceive. Finally, she decided to go through with IVF procedure where she got a fortune. Farah gave birth to triplets, on February 11, 2008. Her kids’ names are Diva, Czar and Anya.
Tusshar Kapoor
He might not have got success in his filmy career but Tusshar got a blessing in the form of baby boy Lakshya. The actor is a single father who opted for a child through surrogacy procedure. Last year on 27th June, Tusshar officially revealed the news which gave a pleasant surprise to everyone. Currently, the Mastizaade actor is happily living his life with his parents and child Lakshya.
Karan Johar
Famous film director and producer, Karan Johar too has twins through surrogacy procedure. Well, the 44-year-old director has always been criticised for his opinion and sexual orientation. After his announcement too, he was been criticised for it. However, he didn’t care about what society said and brought the kids home. He named them Yash and Roohi. The director is currently trying to spend a lot of time with his kids.
