Salman Khan’s co-star in ‘Tumko Na Bhool Payenge’ (2002), Dia Mirza has said that Salman has helped to rush her mother to the hospital when her mother fell unconscious. She was quoted saying, “Once my mother fell unconscious. I called Salman since he stays close to my house. It was with his help that I was able to rush my mother to the hospital. The doctor later told us that had we not to got my mother admitted within those 15 minutes, she would have had very little chance of survival. I’m eternally grateful to Salman and will stand by him no matter what.”
With Salman Khan being convicted for the Blackbuck Poaching case, Dia tweeted, “He is the man that saved my Mothers life. That I will never forget.”
Being friends with his exes
What is more astounding is the fact that he manages to keep all his ex-girlfriends in good humour, be it Somy Ali or Sangeeta Bijlani or Zarine Khan. In an interview, Salman was asked how he manages to maintain a healthy friendship with his exes, to which he replied, “Eventually they realise that maybe I was not all that bad.” He further added, “You’re just happy for them (exes), be supportive, wish good for them. There is no denying the fact that Katrina received a major boost in her career because of Salman Khan. When he was convicted
When he was convicted by a trial court in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, many of Bhai’s friends rushed to meet him in Rajasthan. The first to reach Rajasthan was Preity Zinta, followed by filmmaker Sajid Khan. While his several co-stars and well-wishers including Sonakshi Sinha, David Dhavan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Waheeda Rehman, Daisy Shah and Poonam Sinha were seen visiting his Bandra house to express solidarity. While Sonam Kapoor, Remo D’Souza, Ali Abbas Zafar and Bobby Deol took to social media to express their support.
His fans are still with him till the end
Despite what he goes through, his fans are with him through thick and thin. Even when he was in jail people prayed and fasted for him. After he was released from jail fan celebrated outside his house.
