Mumbai: Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd reported a strong rise in consolidated revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue from operations increasing to Rs 527 crore from Rs 217 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Net profit attributable to owners of the company rose to Rs 43.1 crore from Rs 30.0 crore a year earlier, while total income increased to Rs 540 crore, reflecting improved business activity during the quarter.

Opening Performance Summary

The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 527.15 crore in Q1 FY27 compared with Rs 217.01 crore in Q1 FY26.

Total income stood at Rs 540.23 crore, while profit before tax increased to Rs 68.99 crore from Rs 29.73 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Net profit attributable to owners rose to Rs 43.07 crore from Rs 30.03 crore.

Sequential Performance

Compared with the March 2026 quarter, revenue increased from Rs 495.02 crore to Rs 527.15 crore. Total income also rose from Rs 503.80 crore to Rs 540.23 crore.

However, net profit attributable to owners eased marginally to Rs 43.07 crore from Rs 44.62 crore, despite profit before tax improving to Rs 68.99 crore from Rs 59.40 crore.

Total expenses increased to Rs 471.99 crore from Rs 444.67 crore, reflecting higher operating activity. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 0.47 from Rs 0.34 in the preceding quarter.

Key Drivers

The company stated that EBITDA increased to Rs 79.23 crore from Rs 35.31 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

It also reported that its order book stood at Rs 2,817.42 crore as of July 1, 2026, compared with Rs 1,554.94 crore a year earlier.

In addition, associate company Lloyds Infrastructure and Construction Ltd had an order book of Rs 4,830.23 crore.

During the quarter, the company approved the conversion of 1.47 crore partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up shares.

Other Developments

The company also completed the acquisition of additional equity in Lloyds Advance Defence Systems Ltd during the quarter and allotted employee stock options under its ESOP scheme.

The unaudited financial results were approved by the Board of Directors on August 6, 2026.
