Blue Star Q1 Profit Drops 15% To ₹102.51 Crore, Revenue Up 13%

Blue Star reported a 15 percent decline in consolidated net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reaching Rs 102.51 crore. Revenue from operations increased by 13 percent year-on-year to Rs 3,377.92 crore.

Mumbai: Blue Star on Thursday announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a net profit of Rs 102.51 crore, down from Rs 120.82 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,377.92 crore, an increase from Rs 2,982.25 crore year-on-year.

Financial Performance

Total consolidated income for the quarter was Rs 3,398.68 crore, compared to Rs 2,998.32 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Total expenses for the period rose to Rs 3,273.06 crore from Rs 2,833.68 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Exceptional Items and EPS

The company recognised a profit of Rs 9.17 crore on the sale of property as exceptional income in the financial results for the quarter.

Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were Rs 4.99, a decrease from Rs 5.88 recorded in the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Independent Director Appointment

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Nikhilesh Panchal as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director. Panchal will serve for a term of five consecutive years starting August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
