Veteran actress Neetu Kapoor remembered her late husband and iconic Bollywood star Rishi Kapoor on his third death anniversary on Sunday.
Neetu Kapoor shared an unseen throwback picture with Rishi Kapoor on Instagram and penned a short and emotional note.
"You are missed everyday with all the wonderful happy memories," she captioned the post.
Soon after Neetu Kapoor shared the picture, several celebrities like Manish Malhotra, Rakesh Roshan, Sunita Kapoor and others dropped red heart emoticons in the comments section.
Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor's daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni also shared a rare and unseen picture of her later father on Instagram and wrote, "I miss you every day."
Rishi Kapoor's death
Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30, 2020, after a two-year-long battle with leukaemia. The original 'showman' left behind a rich legacy of cinematic marvels spanning decades. He breathed his last at a Mumbai hospital at the age of 67.
Prior to his demise, Rishi was in New York for his treatment with his wife.
The couple got married on January 22, 1980, and share two children together, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and actor Ranbir Kapoor. The couple starred together in films like 'Zinda Dil', 'Khel Khel Mein', 'Amar Akbar and Anthony', 'Do Dooni Chaar', among several others.
