Bhopal(Madhya Pradesh): Learning should be a continuous process and one should learn from all our five senses, said Kiran Bedi, retired IPS officer and former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry.
She was speaking at an ASPIRE session organised by Sagar Public School in Saket Nagar in the city on Monday. Bedi interacted with and inspired over 1,000 students and spoke on how one can be a master of his or her own mind with continuous learning process.
She said youths should generate one idea each day, as one idea can help to build the nation. She shared 3 mantras of life - change, choice and principles. She said students should respect time, keeping in view the importance of every minute, hour and day in life.
Sharing life’s mantra, she said, “The biggest investment in life is you. Invest in yourself with time and build a better you. Each day, strengthen your roots and add wings to build nation.”
She awarded scholarships to over 20 students starting from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 75,000. Besides, a motivational session on, Leadership is the New Normal, was held for teachers at Sagar Public School in Rohit Nagar was held.
Bedi shared the mantra on new normal leadership models as how to create and generate leadership qualities in students. Bedi was felicitated by founder and chairman of Sagar Group Sudhir Kumar Agrawal and principal of respective schools.
