The MP Nagar police registered a case against a bar management in Zone 2 for organising a midnight booze party.. Besides, a team of district excise department raised four hotels where visitors were caught consuming liquor post 10 pm. These hotel owners have been booked by the excise department as they failed to produce the license for holding liquor parties, that too during the night curfew. The district administration has directed for closure of restaurants and bars by 10:00 pm, however, late night parties are being organised at these joints flouting the curfew rules.
