Watch: Rakhi Sawant breaks down on camera as her mother gets diagnosed with brain tumour, cancer

Actress Rakhi Sawant, who recently stepped out of the reality show 'Bigg Boss Marathi', revealed that her mother has been diagnosed with brain tumour and cancer.

Rakhi shared a video on her social media handle in which the actress can be seen breaking down with her mother on a hospital bed in a semi-conscious state.

She stated that while she was inside the 'Bigg Boss Marathi' house, her mother got diagnosed with brain tumour and cancer and requested her fans to pray for them.

'Nobody informed about mom's health': Rakhi

Rakhi said that while she was playing the game show, her brother Rakesh or her boyfriend Adil Durrani did not inform her about her mother's condition.

Rakhi then went on to ask the doctor about her mother's condition, to which he replied that her left side was paralysed and that the cancer has spread to her lungs, so it is not feasible to operate on her. He added that once they receive the test reports on Friday, they'll know how much radiation she will require.

Rakhi's mother is being treated at Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital in Mumbai.

Rakhi Sawant in 'Bigg Boss Marathi'

After appearing in several season of the Hindi version of 'Bigg Boss', Rakhi had recently participated in the fourth season of 'Bigg Boss Marathi'. She was one of the finalists along with Akshay Kelkar, Apurva Nemlekar, Kiran Mane and Amruta Dhongade.

While Rakhi could not win the show once again, she accepted the briefcase with Rs 9 lakh and decided to walk out of the finale race.
