BE THE CHALLENGER RAJYOGI BRAHMAKUMAR NIKUNJ JI

Om Shanti. Life without challenges is a life without any meaning. All of us face challenges in all areas of our lives, be it mental, physical or domestic.

If we get caught up

in situations, we might get stuck. If we keep thinking about the situation, we may end up making the situation bigger than it really is. This leads to fear, worry and doubts, and creates an upheaval and fluctuation inside; and as a result, it depletes our inner strength.

Constantly thinking about ” Whats going to happen?” makes our imagination run wild and creates worse- case scenarios.

Remember! Our thoughts lead us to our destination; hence if we keep thinking ” Ialt39m going to fail”, we would most likely fail! So one needs to decide, whether to continue to live like this or become strong and stable? If we want inner stability then we need to pay attention on our thoughts. If there are any unnecessary waste thoughts, apply a full stop. Harness your mind and finish any negativity immediately. Think when its necessary. Always try to keep your thoughts positive and powerful, creating inner strength. Accept whats happened. Understand that every scene in the drama of life holds benefit for us and for all. Know that the challenging situation has in fact come to help you move forward and not to hold you back. Whatever happened was good, whatever is happening is better and whatever is to happen will be the best. In this way, no matter what happens, youalt39ll genuinely feel that theres ” no problem” & everything is fine and everything is easy.

When we are undisturbed & relaxed, we are able to think clearly & find solutions easily to overcome challenging situations with courage, determination and faith. Under challenging situations, if we panic; we cause confusion, not only for ourselves but also for others around us. If we get distressed when others are distressed, are we going to be helpful in that situation? Imagine, how a patient would react if the doctor starts to get distressed? So! Make yourself unshakeable, like an elephant. Make your head and heart strong. By doing so, we can help and support others through our thoughts and presence of mind.

Our good feelings can make a difference and erase othersalt39 distress and sorrow. When theres peace, theres love, then theres happiness, and in happiness there is power. So always keep smiling and enjoy the wonderful journey of life.
