NIA questions train blast accused on ISIS posters in Bihar


BHOPAL : After the discovery of ISIS posters stuck on an electric pole in Rohtas district of Bihar, NIA, which is probing the Bhopal-Ujjain train bomb blast case, is questioning the accused in the case to find out if they have any connection with the posters. The accused are said to be ISIS supporters.

Sources said NIA was trying to find out whether the accused had any Bihar connection. NIA is also questioning Atish alias Arif, Danish and Mir Hussain about the weapons unearthed from the residence of Saifullah at Lucknow. Two other accused in the case GM Khan and Azhar are in NIA custody at Lucknow.

The NIA wants to know whether the accused had managed to spread their network to Bihar and their supporters were involved in the publication of the posters. The NIA is also trying to find out whether they were in contact with ISIS and if us, how. Sources said Bihar police might also question them.

The poster says, ‘ISIS has arrived all over Bihar’ and urges the youth to associate with it.
